Organic Sweet White Miso
Organic Sweet White is a delicate low sodium miso. White Miso is most popular in the Kyoto region in Japan.
White Miso is made from soybeans that have been fermented for three weeks with a large percentage of rice. Its color ranges from white to light beige and has a sweet, light flavor that makes it ideal for spreads, dips, sauces and salad dressings.
Of all our miso varieties, white miso has the least amount of salt and soybeans. Less salt means lower sodium content than other misos. Miso Master produces the only organic lower-sodium miso widely available in the natural food industry.
